A picture of the cookie or cupcake;
Ingredients needed to make each recipe;

Ingredient List: You will need to choose one of the recipes you have decided on for the bakery. Once you have selected the recipe you will need to review the ingredients needed to make the cookies or cupcakes you have selected. The bakery’s manager is hopeful that your new baked goods will be a big hit with visitors. You will need to create an ingredient list that will be able to make twenty dozen cookies or cupcakes per week. The bakery only orders ingredients once a week so you need to be sure that you have enough.
Identify the cookies or cupcakes and then create the list of ingredients. You will need to determine how much of each ingredient you will need to make 20 dozen cookies or cupcakes. This is 240 individual pieces. Use a spreadsheet to create this list so it is easy for the manager to understand and order.
